Lenovo To Launch Smart Devices On December 4 In India: What To Expect

Lenovo has officially sent out press invitations for the launch of its smart devices on December 4 in India. Though the company has not mentioned the name of the upcoming products, the brand is likely to unveil the Lenovo Smart Tab, Lenovo Smart Plug, Lenovo Smart clock, and other smart connected devices.

Some of these products are already on sale offshores and these products are priced between $10 and $150 in the US. The company is likely to showcase the whole range of IoT products and some of these products will be made available in India via various channels.

At this event, many are interested in checking out the Lenovo Smart Tab that comes with a dock that doubles as a high-fidelity speaker. Plus, it is also powered by Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. Do note that, the dock is sold separately, at least in the US for $69.99.

Lenovo Smart Tab Features And Specifications

The Lenovo Smart Tab is a full-fledged Android tablet with a 10.1-inch IPS LCD screen offering FHD+ resolution. There are multiple variants of the Smart Tab and each of these models are either powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 428 SoC with 3/4GB RAM and 32/64GB onboard storage. The tablet is powered by Android Oreo with a stock Android user interface.

These tablets are also equipped with up to four front-facing quad-speakers setup that supports Dolby Atmos. As per the cameras, the tablet will either have an 8/5MP primary camera and a 5/2MP selfie. Additionally, the device has a rear-facing fingerprint sensor, 3 far-field microphones, and dedicated mute buttons that turn of the microphones.

Price And Availability

Most of the Lenovo smart products are expected to be priced around Rs. 15,000 and the Lenovo Smart Tab will be the most expensive product of the lot.
