Easy recipe to make tasty ‘Potato and rose Halwa’

Halwa is one of the most delicious dish in India. Today, we bring you the recipe of declious ‘Potato and rose Halwa’ which you can make easily at home. So let us tell you the method and ingredients for making this special halwa.

Necessary ingredients

2 large boiled beans
2 tbsp desi ghee
1 cup sugar
150 grams khoya
1 cup milk
1 tbsp gulkand
10 ml rose water
¼ tsp cardamom powder
10 grams almond boiled
5 grams pistachios steamed
5 grams finely chopped almonds
5 grams pistachios finely chopped
2 tbsp dry rose leaves

Method of preparation:

Wash the potatoes and boil them. After this, grate boiled potatoes and keep aside. Now take a nonstick pan. Add desi ghee to this pan. Now add grated potato and fry it well.

Keep in mind that while roasting keep stirring it. After this, when the potatoes are well roasted, add sugar to them. Add sugar and fry the potatoes again. Then add grated khoya and mix the ingredients well.

Fry for 2 minutes. Then add milk to it. Allow the milk to dry. Then add gulkand and dry rose petals. After this, add rose water from above. Then add almonds, pistachios and cardamom powder and drink it well. Lastly, add dry rose petals, silver work, pistachios and almonds and garnish the halwa and serve it hot.
