Recipe: Starter special cutlets made with potatoes and eggs will enhance your taste!

Today we are going to share with you the recipe of potato and egg cutlets which is prepared immediately and increases the elegance of your menu, so let’s know how to make it.

Necessary ingredients :

Boiled eggs 4
Boiled Potatoes 250 grams (peeled)
Rusk Biscuit was 5 (powder)
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion 1
Refined oil 1 cup
For Marination
Whisked egg 1
For garnish
Coriander leaves

Preparation method: First of all, boiled potatoes, onions, red chili powder, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix them well. Now add boiled eggs and mix well again. Now make small balls with this mixture and thin them a little and give the shape of Tikki. Dip the prepared tikkis in the beaten egg and roll them in rusk powder. Heat the oil in a pan and add oil to it and fry the prepared tikkis till they are golden brown. The cutlet is ready. Serve hot by garnishing it with coriander leaves.
