2 tablespoons buckwheat flour
Ghee (for frying)
Method of preparation: Mash the grated paneer and potatoes together well. After mashing it, add black pepper and red chili powder to it. At the same time add green chillies, buckwheat flour and khoya. Khoya and milk powder are optional, if you want, you can make the recipe without it too.
