Necessary ingredients

Grated cheese
2 boiled potatoes
Ground black pepper (if eaten on a fast)
Red chili powder (if eaten on a fast)
Two green chilies finely chopped
Rock salt as per taste
One and a half teaspoon Khoya (Mawa) or one teaspoon Milk Powder (Optional)
Finely chopped coriander
2 tablespoons buckwheat flour
4-5 market
Kaadu
Raisins
Ghee (for frying)

Method of preparation: Mash the grated paneer and potatoes together well. After mashing it, add black pepper and red chili powder to it. At the same time add green chillies, buckwheat flour and khoya. Khoya and milk powder are optional, if you want, you can make the recipe without it too.

Mix it well and add finely chopped coriander. This will make the flavor very good. After this, make a ball of koftas by mixing them all. Now heat ghee in the pan. There is no need to take more ghee, it will be done in a few. Now press the kofta ball a little, if desired, it can be fried, but dry fruits can also be added in the middle. Serve hot after frying.
