Cook delicious drumstick in winter with this easy recipe

Drumstick is not only good for taste but also for health and beauty. Drumstick beans are also rich in many qualities. At the same time, many problems or skin diseases caused by drumstick are cured. necessary ingredients

Drummer – 8-10
Potato – 2
Eggplant – 1
Badis – 4-5
Tomatoes – 2-3
Cumin powder – ½ table spoon
Coriander Powder – 1 Table Spoon
Turmeric – 1 table spoon
Patch – ½ teaspoon
Salt – as per taste

To make a paste:

Yellow Mustard – 2 Tbsp
Garlic buds – 8-10
Green Chili – 4-5
Mustard Oil

Method of preparation: To make drumstick and mustard paste vegetable, first cut the drumstick into one inch pieces and peel off the top portion of it. To remove its peel or fibers, grind it with the help of nails. Similarly, remove all the pods one by one. Peel the potatoes and wash them well and cut them into long pieces. Wash the tomato and cut it into small sizes.

Cut the brinjal also into a square shape. Put a pan on the gas and add mustard oil and let it heat up. When the oil is hot, put the wadis in it and fry till it turns brown and then take it out and keep it in a plate, now add the digestion in this oil and let it crackle. When the digestion breaks, add chopped potato pieces and drumstick and fry until golden.

When the drumstick and potato turn golden, add all the dried spices, salt, and chopped tomatoes and fry them for a while. When the masala is frying well, add ground mustard paste and fryed badis and mix it well. Now add as much as possible or a cup of water and turn the flame on high. When the vegetable comes to a boil, reduce the flame and let it cook. When the drumstick and potato are cooked, turn off the gas and add two drops mustard oil and 2-3 green chillies on top, it will give a nice aroma to the vegetable. You can keep gravy in this vegetable as per your taste. You can make it with gravy or you can also make it like dry vegetable.
