Made delicious Awadhi dish Dhingri Dholma with this easy recipe

Dhingri Dolma is a Awadhi dish, made from mushrooms and cheese. This is a great flavored dish of mild spices. You can make it on special occassions, so let’s know how to make it

necessary ingredients :

Oil – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Onion – 85 grams
Tomato – 90 grams
Red chili – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Mushroom – 200 grams
Scrambled Cheese – 250 grams
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Coriander – For Garnish
Ginger – for garnishing

Method of preparation:

To make Dhingri Dolma, first heat two spoons of oil in a pan. Now add ½ teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add 50 grams of onion and fry it. Once the onion becomes soft, add 90 grams of tomatoes and cook it. After this add ½ teaspoon red chilli, ½ teaspoon pepper powder and mix.

Now add 200 grams of mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Now add 250 grams of scrambled cheese and mix it well. Now add ½ teaspoon garam masala and one teaspoon salt and cook for 5 minutes. Dhingri dolma is ready, serve it by garnishing it with coriander and ginger.
