– Button Mushroom – 200 grams
-Bar chopped garlic- 8 buds
– Ajwain – 1/2 teaspoon
-Bar chopped green onions – 1/2 cup
– Vegetable Stock – 1 liter
– Olive oil – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 4 teaspoon
2 pieces of lemon – 2
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – as per taste
Method of preparation:
Clean and wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Cut garlic into small pieces too. Heat two spoons of oil in the pan and add garlic and celery. After a minute add chopped green onion to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook on medium heat. Cook for five to ten minutes. Add salt, pepper and boiled vegetables to a boil and then cook on medium heat. Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Mix well with the help of a hand blender. Heat the soup once before serving. Serve garnished with coriander leaves and lemon slice.
