SSC CGL Registration 2019: Official notification to be out tomorrow
SSC CGL Registration 2019: Attention candidates, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the official notification for the combined graduate level examination (CGL) 2019 tier- 1 for recruitment of Group B’ and Group C’ posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations in the Government of Indiatomorrow, i.e. October 22, 2019. Candidates can visit the official website of SSC i.e. ssc.nic.in to apply for various posts. As per the notification, the last date to apply is November 22, 2019.
SSC CGL Registration 2019: Important dates
- First date of online registration: October 22, 2019
- Last date of online registration: November 22, 2019
- Date of Tier I (Computer Based Examination) – 02 March to 11 March
SSC CGL Registration 2019: Eligibility Criteria
- Age: The minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years.
- Education: Candidates who have cleared the graduation from any recognized university can apply for the posts.
SSC CGL Registration 2019: Exam pattern
Tier 1- The exam will consist of 100 questions. Each right answer will give you 2 marks and wrong answer will give you 0.5 negative marks. There will be questions from General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension.
SSC CGL Registration 2019: Salary Bracket
As per the notification, candidates under group B will receive salary under the bracket of Rs, 9,300- Rs, 34,800, while those in Group C level will get Rs, 5,200 Rs, 20,200.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was established on November 4, 1975. The organisation works under the Government of India and recruits staff for several posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.
It is headquartered in New Delhi. Presently, there are seven regional offices at Allahabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chennai, Bangalore and two Sub-Regional Offices at Raipur and Chandigarh. Each regional office is headed by a Regional Director and each sub-regional office is headed by a Deputy-Director.
