Recipe: Know how to make sugar free Ragi Barfi

Necessary ingredients :
1 cup ragi flour
1 cup ghee
1 teaspoon ground green cardamom
1 silver work
1 cup jaggery powder
1/4 cup lukewarm milk
2 tbsp mixed dry fruit
Preparation method: To make this barfi, first place a pan to be hot and melt it by adding ghee. After the ghee is hot, add ragi flour and fry it well. Keep the flame low and stir the dough continuously. When the dough turns chocolate brown, turn off the gas and allow it to cool for 5 to 6 minutes. After this, keep the second pan on low flame and add jaggery powder with green cardamom powder and then mix it well. The jaggery will slowly melt. But in the meantime keep stirring this mixture continuously. Now add ragi flour and prepare the mixture for the barfi.
If there is a problem in making the right paste, then add some warm milk and mix it well. Now turn off the gas and put ghee in a plate. Turn the prepared mixture over the ghee plate and spread it well. Now garnish it with mixed dry fruits and silver work. Let it cool down and freeze. When it solidifies, cut it into a diamond shape and enjoy.
