Easy recipe for Evergreen Sago Tikki Recipe

Today we are telling you crispy sago tikkis. Crispy sago tikki is very crispy to eat, it is usually made during Navratri fast. It is prepared by adding cashews, potatoes, green chilies and some spices. During this fast, rock salt is used. You can also add ordinary salt to it on normal days. You can serve it with a cup of hot tea.

Ingredients of Crispy Sago Tikki –

125 gms sago

130 g potato

5 grams green chilies, sliced

3 grams of cashew nuts

3 grams Cumin Powder

3 grams Amchoor Powder

2 grams of rock salt

300 ml (ml) oil

Preparation method: First of all soak the sago for the whole night and then take out the water the next day. Now boil and mash the potatoes. Then add green chili, potato, cumin powder, cashew, rock salt and mango powder to the sago. Then make a small size patty from this mixture and fry it till it becomes golden brown. Finally, serve it hot with mint sauce.
