Recipe: Make milk Sharbat on the occasion of Muharram
Muharram is a special fest for people of Islam religion. But it is not a festival but mourning. The 10th day of Muharram is very special on which day something special happens and the Shahadat of Imam Hussain is remembered. This festival lasts for 10 days and on the 10th day, Muslims keep Roza.
If we talk about Islamic beliefs, then on this day Prophet-e-Islam Hazrat Mohammed Q Nawase Hazrat Imam Hussein was martyred with family and friends in Karbala. Muharram is celebrated just the month they were martyred. On this day you can make ‘milk sorbet’ at home, whose method we are going to tell you.
100 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons pink custard powder
5-6 chopped almonds
1 tablespoon Charoli
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp Sabja
1 desi rose
Cool the milk. After this, take out half the milk in the pot and half the cup.
Now add custard powder to it. Keep in mind that mix the custard powder well so that lumps do not occur. After this, add sugar and stir it well. Do this until the sugar dissolves well.
After this, the milk placed in the cup will be mixed with the custard milk. Add cardamom powder and cook it on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
After cooking the mixture, you have to add almonds, pistachios, and Charoli to it. Run it well Cook well again.
After this, cool the Sharbat. When it cools down, add vegetables and then serve it by adding rose petals. You can also add ice to it.
